Who I am

Hi, I’m Rheya Allen, BSN, RN—a registered nurse, nurse coach, and passionate advocate for helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their health.

With over 12 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in a variety of settings, including home care and eight years on a hospital medical oncology unit. While I loved the science and clinical side of nursing, what always meant the most to me were the conversations, the encouragement, and the moments when someone realized they were capable of more than they believed.

That realization is what led me to nurse coaching.

Today, I work one-on-one with clients who are ready to change their health from the inside out—whether that means losing weight, building strength, improving their relationship with food, or shifting the mindset patterns that have kept them stuck. My approach blends my medical background with coaching techniques that help clients build sustainable habits, confidence, and long-term success.

Health isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning how to care for your body, your mind, and your life in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

Outside of coaching, I’m a wife and mom of two daughters, an avid runner and strength training enthusiast, and someone who truly believes that when we take care of ourselves, we show our families and our communities what’s possible.

My goal is simple:
to help you create a version of health that feels strong, sustainable, and uniquely yours.
